James Desrochers

As Associate Director of Industry Relations at Michigan Technological University, Jim Desrochers works to help companies solve their problems. Strategic corporate goals are aligned with the services that Michigan Tech can provide. These partnerships provide collaborations related to research, student projects, recruiting, pre-college outreach, continuing education, and other business challenges. Prior to working at Michigan Tech, Jim worked at a variety of companies that include Caterpillar and Kimberly-Clark. This combination of experiences helps create innovative solutions for corporate partners Mr. Rocher holds an Masters in Business Administration, Michigan Technological University, and a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, Michigan Technological University.
