Rakesh Patnaik

Rakesh Patnaik is a Global HR Executive with multi-faceted experience with leading multi-national companies like Delphi & GE. Rakesh managed large HR teams and partnered significant businesses at regional and global business unit level with assignments across US, China & India. He also led large HR transformations by launching Workday Talent management across Delphi. Rakesh currently holds the position of HR Director, Delphi Powertrain & Aftermarket – Americas with responsibility for leading the Human Resources function across US, Canada, Mexico & South America. He also holds enterprise regional oversight of the Americas, including regional HR shared services and HR technology teams.
