• The attraction of the year: This attraction exemplifies the spirit and integrity of the amusement industry by promoting the cornerstones of safety, service, courtesy and cleanliness at the highest level, while consistently exceeding customer expectations.
• The best overall family entertainment centre in the Middle East: The awards recognises the attraction that creates the best family experience as possible through design, innovation as well as and compelling customer service. 
• The best overall technology provider for attractions in the Middle East: This award recognises the provider of technology for their ability to deliver outcomes that consist of business results as well as game changing capabilities
