Sarra Eddahiri is Global Head of Safety at Bolt, a leading European mobility platform, where she established the Central Safety Team and leads the strategy, policies, and standards governing safety across ride-hailing and autonomous vehicles in more than 50 countries.
She began her career in Trust & Safety with roles at Meta and TikTok, working on some of the field's most complex challenges, including suicide and self-harm, eating disorders, and the safety of minors. Across her career, she has led the development of machine-learning-driven systems that detect emerging risks and prevent harm at scale.
Trained in public health, Sarra approaches safety as an epidemiologist approaches disease: tracing harm to its upstream causes, intervening before it spreads, and designing systems that prevent harm rather than merely react to it.
Trust & Safety is increasingly becoming a driver of growth, resilience and user trust. As AI reshapes operations, regulation expands and online harms evolve, leaders must decide where to invest, what capabilities to build and how to position Trust & Safety as a core business function. This closing discussion brings together senior executives to reflect on the biggest lessons from the past two days and define the future of Trust & Safety leadership.
