Tony Hagale is Chief Information Security Officer and VP of Security & Trust at Bumble, where he leads the teams that protect and support members and the business. His organization spans Trust and Safety product, policy, operations, and customer experience, alongside the security portfolio: enterprise, application, and physical security as well as governance, risk, and compliance. Before joining Bumble in 2025, Tony spent a decade at Amazon. At AWS's Annapurna Labs he led teams developing the Amazon-silicon machine learning servers behind AWS Inferentia and Trainium offerings. Prior to that he led several teams in Amazon Supply Chain Optimization Technology and held positions at IP Business Intelligence firm Innography, and at IBM.
