Danian serves as Head of Enterprise Data for Medica, a regional health plan based on Minneapolis. He leads Medica’s Enterprise Data Strategy to enable the company’s future digital and analytical capabilities. Prior to Medica, he spent 20+ years in various leadership roles in UnitedHealth Group. During his tenure at UHG, he led data strategy and architecture, built and migrated claim platforms, delivered provider and member portals, integrated Omni-Channel consumer data, pioneered Cloud reporting solutions as well as managed its largest Enterprise Data Warehouses.
