Sri Saikrishnan is a distinguished data and analytics executive, establishing/transforming data as a strategic asset for an organization and executing business driven analytical insights to deliver value to the organization. Her experience of over two decades in data and analytics spans across Finance, Retail, Service delivery and Healthcare industries.

In her current role as Vice President of Data and Intelligence at Innovage, Sri is leading the organization towards building a unified data platform through the integration of disparate data stores and enabling consistent data reporting, analytics and intelligence. Sri’s prior leadership experience in healthcare includes strategic planning and establishing/transforming data platforms and building analytical insights for the organization. Sri also orchestrated building predictive and prescriptive models that leveraged machine learning. Sri has led the integration of huge sets of data, people, process and technology into a cohesive whole to support enterprise business needs. She has launched enterprise-wide data governance function and led data governance strategy and framework encompassing stewardship, data ownership, taxonomy, metadata/lineage, data classification and data quality. Sri is a well-established guest speaker at several information management symposiums and in addition, provided executive peer consulting to other organizations implementing data governance.
