Samantha started her career in intensive care nursing where she learned deep listening and assessment skills, which have helped her become the successful customer success leader who she is today. Before joining OpenEnvoy, Samantha scaled customer success teams from 6 to 50 employees at Upwork and UserTesting to support revenue growth of $20MM to $100MM+ ARR. At OpenEnvoy, Samantha is focused on providing the best-in-class customer delivery, onboarding, and solutions consulting to deliver desired outcomes to customers when implementing real-time AP automation into their processes.
