Thomas Bell-Wright International Consultants was started in Dubai 24 years ago and has grown to now be one of the world’s pre-eminent Fire Testing laboratories. We are proud to support the UAE, the Emirate of Dubai, Dubai Municipality and Dubai Civil Defense in their goals of bringing ever more safety to our built environment and the spaces in which we live and work. At the same time, we are grateful for the support that we have received from our adopted country that has enabled us to grow from 1 person in 1995 to 108 people today.

In addition to Fire Testing (Resistance, Reaction and Propagation) we provide Product Certification in support of Civil Defence approval, and Inspections for fire stops and penetration seals. We also provide full scale Curtain Wall Mock-Up testing, Curtain Wall Site testing, Façade Consulting, Whole Building Air Leakage testing, Balustrade testing, Glass testing, Acoustic testing, Glass Impact testing, Duct testing, and ad hoc testing.
