11:15 AM CASE STUDY: Learning how to speak the ITFM Language While Creating a Solid Framework for Strategic Goals

Many organizations struggle to overcome a misalignment of strategic and tactical goals or even outright disagreement between IT, business leadership and ITFM staff.
This disconnect is often the result of poor communication, unrealistic expectations or understanding, and not clearly defined roles and responsibilities, therefore making

Defining strategic goals within your ITFM framework that are realistic and aligned with business and IT objectives.
Establishing roles and responsibilities between ITFM staff, business and IT leadership in setting and executing strategic goals.
Establishing common language between IT, business and ITFM staff to ensure successful partnership and outcomes.
