Björn Spiers

Björn Spiers, 49 years old. After several years in product management of low- and medium voltage switchgear, Mr. Spiers took over local and international sales responsibility for these products. About 9 years ago he joined nkt cables where he became product group director for cabinets. Within this position he had his first contact with "offshore wind" in 2009 developing the first 36kV transition box solutions to connect array cables in the foundation. Since 2016 he is responsible for offshore accessories within the nkt cables group as Key account manager offshore accessories.
