About workshop leader:

Hetal is Director for HSBC UK and Europe Open Banking and PSD2 programmes. He is accountable for delivering the open banking solution specified by the CMA/PSD2 and also for supporting the businesses as they seek to develop propositions that use open banking to benefit customers.

Prior to this role he lead front office commercial/corporate banking teams at Barclays, as well as heading strategy functions at both Lloyds and Barclays. He is a keen adopter of new technologies and all things digital.
