Karthik Ramesh is a Senior Management Executive with 16+ year’s fast track growth, with broad based technology strategy and innovation experience in who has successfully straddled leadership roles across 14 geographies, strategically enabling tech stack design, product management roadmap and turnkey solution implementation for Global CXOs and Chairmen of MNCs like Dun & Bradstreet, DAMAC Holdings Dubai and CEO of Standard Chartered Bank Global Business Services India. 

He carries rich expertise across domains of Banking Financial Services Insurance, Logistics & Supply Chain, Healthcare, Predictive Analytics, Real Estate, Supply Chain during his days of serving these Global Leaders designing their organizational design, go to market strategy, people practices, domain consulting and been instrumental in establishing credit bureaus across regions of South East Asia, Africa and Middle East. 

Karthik was closely involved in several retail innovations at UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait in the credit reporting and bureau value added services and associated analytics during his leadership stint at Dun & Bradstreet.

Karthik currently heads aXess Labs business engagement in India and is the Location Leader for SCB Technology and Innovation GBS location at Chennai, which helps Standard Chartered Bank further the Open Banking/Open APIs with Fintechs, startups by matching emerging tech through various proof of concepts/pilots and retro-fitting to business basis relevance to banking. Karthik has delivered many international and national addresses on innovation management, artificial intelligence, analytics to name a few and actively involved in NASSCOM, CII another national industrial forums.

A gold medalist in Computer Science Engineering Karthik went on to complete his MBA honors in General Management. He is currently a final year dissertant working on a Fellowship in Strategic Management from Asia’s oldest B-School XLRI Jamshedpur and a pursuant of MS in Analytics from a leading Ivy League school in USA.
