Metro North’s new $340 Million specialist public health facility – the 182-bed Surgical, Treatment and Rehabilitation Service (STARS) – is being developed for Metro North as part of the $1.1 Billion redevelopment of Herston Quarter. Expected to open in 2021, it will provide a range of specialist surgical and complex rehabilitation services in a patient-centric model of care.
