Kirsten Frey Willis

Kirsten Willis is a senior Human Resources strategist with 17 years of experience in Fortune 500 retail, manufacturing and government sectors. Currently acting as the Regional People Director for Walmart, Kirsten oversees the HR strategy for 140 locations and 45,000 employees across the Pacific Northwest, Alaska and Hawaii. In addition to serving on the Boards for multiple local non-profit organizations, Kirsten is also an army veteran, military spouse and serves as the Chair for Walmart’s military-focused Employee Resource Group, Walmart SERVES. Kirsten holds an MBA in human resources and is an Affiliate Faculty Professor of Human Resources at Antioch University.
