Donata Koren

Donata Koren leads the Tax Team at Zalando, one of the biggest online fashion platforms in Europe. Within the role she is responsible among others for the overall tax compliance for the group, including automation of the tax function.

Prior to joining Zalando in 2016, Donata worked for Big4 in the Tax Management and Accounting Services team. She advised diverse multinationals comprehensively in the field of corporate taxation, VAT and transfer pricing. Within this role she has gained in-dept understanding of the tax reporting process with the financial reporting framework.

She is an ACCA member and a qualified tax advisor, with 13 years of tax consulting and compliance experience. Donata holds a Master of Laws degree in International Tax Law and Master of Arts degree in Ethnolinguistics.
