Zuks Ramasia’s illustrious career in Aviation runs more than 25 years of great exposure in the industry. She is the General Manager: Operations and a Member of the Executive Team.  She provides strategic leadership to the national carrier.  Amongst her achievements involves ensuring operational efficiency through effective planning for on-time departure, arrival, during normal and irregular operations and committing on quick turnaround processes by identification of bottlenecks and to provide optimum solutions.

Zuks serves as a Director on the Board of Aviation Co-ordination Services “ACS”.  ACS’ mandate is bestowed by the association’s member airlines on whose behalf it provides common operational support services to international and domestic airlines operating from, into and within South Africa. She also serves on the IATA Operations Committee (OPC).  This committee serves as an advisory body to IATA’s Board of Governors and Director General. More recently, at its 48th Annual General Assembly during October 2018, she was appointed to serve as the Deputy Chairperson of the Airlines Association of Southern Africa (AASA).
