Customer satisfaction is one of the underpinning drivers determining whether commuters choose to use public transport. Customers are becoming increasingly demanding in terms of quality of service. Providing a service that caters to their everchanging needs and desires is critical in gaining loyalty. With digital tools, collecting their feedback and analyzing data has never been easier. Taking it on board and implementing change, however, can be a challenge. This workshop will outline how you can take advantage of understanding the changing behaviours and preferences of customers to influence the design and experience of rail networks for the future.
