Ajita Abraham

Ajita Abraham is Deputy General Counsel, Senior Vice President and Global Head of Commercial, Intellectual Property, Privacy and Contract Lifecycle Risk Management at Avantor. Avantor is a public, Fortune 400 global provider of vital products and services to life sciences and advanced technologies customers, with offices in over thirty countries. Prior to Avantor, Ajita served as General Counsel for Financial Services NA at Capgemini, a global technology consulting company, where she led an international legal team handling complex commercial transactions. Before Capgemini, Ajita was Head of the Global Commercial Legal Team at McKinsey and worked in the Intellectual Property and Technology groups of The Bank of New York Mellon, Credit Suisse, and JP Morgan Chase. Her legal career began at Skadden Arps and Holland & Knight. She resides in Manhattan with her husband and three children and enjoys running (she just ran the Berlin Marathon), skiing and travelling.
