Alessandro Marroni, Director of IP Transactions and Business Development at Nokia, is responsible for IP acquisitions and leads an open collaboration program aimed at engaging Universities, R&D centers and SMEs. In the past, Alessandro was Head of IP Strategy at Nokia Siemens Networks, where he developed and implemented innovative approaches to the management and monetization of the company IPR portfolio, including licensing, partnering, litigation financing, patent sales. Before that, he covered several Marketing, Strategy and Technology roles at British Telecom, Three and Alcatel-Lucent.

Alessandro has an economics and technology background, holding an MBA from the London Business School and a science degree from University “La Sapienza” in Rome.
