Beverly Robinson

Beverley is our Head of Designs, leading our dedicated team of specialist design attorneys and legal professionals, and has significant expertise in securing registered design rights - from identifying and protecting the key features of a design to navigating the quirks of territorial laws and practice, ensuring the broadest protection and enabling the commercial value of design rights to be capitalised. With over a decade of experience of IP law and a passion for brands, Beverley manages a number of global IP portfolios across a wide range of industries, helping clients to protect and enforce their trade mark and design rights while working closely with them to understand their goals, and to strike the right balance between benefit and cost. Beverley has particular expertise in UK registry proceedings, managing some of the firm’s more complex opposition, cancellation and appeal proceedings before the UK IPO and Appointed Person, and in resolving disputes and negotiating commercial agreements for her clients. Beverley is a member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.
