Currently, Christina is Head of Trademarks, where she worked on the reorganization of the Trademark function, supervises Takeda’s global trademark portfolio, deals with corporate divestments, oversees numerous disputes and licensing relationships and manages a global team of lawyers and trademark experts. Before Takeda, Christina practiced as IP and Data Privacy advisor in Germany and served as Litigation Lawyer at Balder IP Law and Herrero & Asociados in Madrid. In 2023, she was ranked in the World Trademark Review 300 as one of the World´s Leading Corporate Trademark Professionals in the category Pharmaceuticals. Christina holds a LL.M. Degree from Universität Konstanz (Germany), from which she graduated with the top grade point average and a Law Degree from Universidad Autónoma (Madrid).
