Frank Schöne-de la Nuez is the head of the trademarks at the CSL Group, a global biotechnology company with a dynamic portfolio of lifesaving medicines. In his role, he deals with all names related activities of the four CSL businesses CSL Behring, CSL Seqirus, CSL Vifor and CSL Plasma, including pipeline product naming, oppositions, company name matters, domain name conflicts, and parallel imports. He graduated from Konstanz University, Germany, holds an LLM degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and passed the exam to qualify as an attorney in Spain. Frank has worked both in private practice, and in multinational corporations.
