Vincent has held various business and intellectual property lawyer roles for more than 2 decades in different environments: Brussels bar, Israeli start-up scene, solicitor in England & Wales, academic technology transfer and in-house in large globally operating corporate technology companies. His work spans the entire spectrum of intellectual property rights and associated business strategies, with a deep focus on emerging technologies. In his current role, focus lies on strategy, transactions (including M&A), litigation and cutting edge legal topics such as new intellectual property-enabled business models, software, artificial intelligence, data and open source.
