Virginien Leost is a Director at PSS Solutions, with a career built at the crossroads of Legal Operations, Intellectual Property, and technology. Over the past 20 years, he has worked closely with some of the world's largest organisations, across pharmaceutical, chemical, automotive and technology sectors, helping them tackle their most complex IP challenges with both strategic clarity and a very pragmatic, hands-on approach.

Virginien has spent much of his career rolling up his sleeves on global IP programs, from patent and trademark platforms to matter management, e-billing and document management, supporting corporations headquartered across Switzerland, rest of Europe and the United States.

When it comes to AI, Virginien is someone who prefers to engage directly rather than observe from the sidelines. In addition to multiple tech certifications such Clio, NetDocs, Onit or Oracle, he recently completed MIT Sloan's Implementing Agentic AI program, building on his earlier MIT certification in Organisational Design for Digital Transformation.
