Ms. Yuanyuan (Yolanda) Jia has about 16 years of experience in handling cross border IP licensing, transactions and litigations across a spectrum of technical areas including automobile, energy, telecommunication, semiconductor, computer software / hardware, internet, medical devices. Ms. Jia has a Ph.D. in physics from a prestigious U.S. university. She is licensed to practice law in both China and the State of California in U.S., and is a registered patent agent before the Chinese Patent Office. Leveraging her scientific and engineering background alongside legal expertise, she possesses a wealth of experience in handling intricate technical cases. With exceptional analytical skills and strong interpersonal capabilities, she has spearheaded numerous large-scale projects, such as global litigations and cross border technology transactions where she directed and coordinated multiple teams across diverse jurisdictions. Ms. Jia has represented many multinational corporations from China, the EU, and the U.S. in IP litigation, licensing, and transactions.
