PSS Solutions is an independent consulting firm specialising in IP operations, helping organisations improve the way their people, processes and technology work together. Founded and led by Nadine Stuttle in 2021, and headquartered in Switzerland and the UK, we work with corporate IP and legal teams, IP law firms and investors worldwide.

Our name, PSS, stands for People, Structure and Strategy. It reflects our approach to transformation: bringing together the people, organisational structure and strategic direction needed to make change work in practice, rather than focusing on technology alone.

We help organisations improve their IP operations through strategic advice, process optimisation, technology and data advisory, IP spend management, training and change management. Alongside this, our specialised IP-IT offering provides technical expertise focused on the systems and infrastructure that underpin IP operations within IP law firms. We also advise private equity firms on IP matters, particularly in the context of M&A.
