Update: 17 March 2020

Despite the incredible support for Australia’s first and only dedicated Microgrid and distributed energy event, the organisers and partners of The International Microgrid Event (TIME), IQPC Australia and The International Microgrid Association, have made the difficult decision to reschedule TIME.

After careful review of the current situation with COVID-19 and extensive consultation with key event stakeholders – including speakers, exhibitors and partners – current guidance on travel and large group gatherings means running the event as planned in April is inadvisable.

While this decision comes at a time of universal uncertainty, our top priority is the health and safety of our customers, partners and employees.

Originally scheduled to run from 31 March – 3 April 2020, TIME will now take place on the 21 – 24 September 2020. The venue, Optus Stadium Perth, remains unchanged.

Please be advised that existing registrations remain valid and TIME will work with these stakeholders to mitigate any inconvenience.

Due to such wide support, we are pleased to say we will not be cancelling the event, but simply postponing it – in fact we are seeing more and more energy leaders confirming to join us later in the year, when conversation around energy resiliency will be more relevant than ever.

We look forward to seeing you in Perth, Western Australia this September.
