Senior Research and Simulation Engineer Evolito

After graduating from the University of Cambridge, Natalia joined YASA and later transitioned to Evolito to target the engineering challenges the green aviation movement is facing. As a Senior Research and Simulation Engineer, Natalia is responsible for the computational development, analysis and refinement of the designs using a magnetic FEA software as well as expanding the in-house modelling and optimisation capability. Her entrepreneurial potential and engineering creativity have been recognised with numerous awards, including Forbes Poland 25 under 25, Mary Dyson Scholarship from James Dyson Foundation and McKinsey Next Generation Women Leaders Award.
