Christophe Suizdak

Christophe is a Global Supply Chain Leader in GE Healthcare, leading supply chain digital transformation - Industry 4.0.  His current focus is implementation and deployment of blockchain technology within the supply chain to increase the end-to-end visibility.

Christophe was also involved in a number of projects like defining the vision, consolidating the basement and designing the road map of each manufacturing plant according to their readiness. He drove global production transfers across Healthcare plants or tier 1 suppliers. Last project delivered 3 M$ base cost reduction, it was delivered on time below budget (5 M$) and with better quality on catching site. Led global information technology projects across the world relative to the supply chain improvement and supplier integration.
