Emily Sutherland

As Supervisor for Employer Branding at Ford Motor Company, Emily Sutherland is responsible for the employer brand strategy including management of the recruiting messaging, content creation, and social media strategy and planning. Prior to this role, Emily held multiple positions at Ford in Labor Affairs and HR Business Operations. Emily holds a Master’s of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University, and a Bachelors of Arts in Communications from Bowling Green State University. A native of Toledo, Ohio, Emily is proud to call Southeast Michigan home, living there with her husband and son.
