Kevin Harper joined Wal-Mart as an hourly associate in 1981. Since, he has served as Assistant Manager; Store Manager; District Manager; Regional Personnel Manager; People Director, Merchandising and Marketing; and People Director for Specialty Groups and U.S. Operations. In January of 2003, he moved to the International Division where he served as Integration Director for the People Division. In April of 2005, he assumed the role of Vice President of Integration for Wal-Mart International. In March of 2012, he became Senior Vice President of Integration and Formats for Wal-Mart International. In January 2013 Kevin was promoted to his current role as Senior Vice President of HR Strategy and Operations – Global People.
