Senior Consultant Geriatrician Changi General Hospital

Dr Christine Chen is a Senior Consultant Geriatrician from Changi General Hospital with over a decade of experience in caring for older adults with complex health needs. She is actively involved in frailty education, quality improvement, and clinical research aimed at improving outcomes for older adults. She has led the development of the cross-institutional, multidisciplinary ambulatory Frail to Fit Service, and contributed to the implementation of a hospital-wide frailty workflow creating a seamless evaluation and intervention pathway for frail patients. Her interests include falls, frailty, sarcopenia, and healthy ageing; with a focus on translating research into meaningful improvements in clinical care.
