Adj Asst Prof Tan Huei Nuo is a Senior Consultant Geriatrician at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), where she has led the hospital-wide transformation towards frailty care. As the clinical lead of the Frailty Ready Hospital initiative since 2019, she has spearheaded the systematic implementation of frailty identification and intervention across emergency, inpatient, and discharge workflows. She previously served as Head of the Department of Geriatric Medicine at TTSH from 2019 to 2025, where she advanced multidisciplinary approaches in geriatric care and championed system-wide improvements in care of the older adults. Her work remains focused on building sustainable systems to address the needs of an ageing population, aligning closely with national directions for frailty care integration.
