Tricia Kat

Head of Patient Experience IHH Healthcare Singapore

Tricia heads the Patient Experience Department of IHH Healthcare Singapore. She works closely with the hospitals, primary care and other business units to ensure that the patient journeys and touchpoint interactions are person-centered and thoughtful. She looks into embedding empathy into the service culture and service experience design.

Tricia started her career in Raffles Medical Group, managing the operations of the primary care cluster. She subsequently moved on to Changi Airport Group, providing consultancy to overseas airports, where she honed her expertise in human-centred customer journeys.

Tricia returned to healthcare where her passion lies, to deliver meaningful patient experience, which is an essential part of healing. She combines data-driven insights with human-centered thinking to elevate satisfaction, offer peace of mind, and build trust.

Tricia holds a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from the National University of Singapore.
