He bridges clinical practice, digital health strategy, and healthcare innovation to advance data‑driven, patient‑centred care across the NUHS ecosystem. His work spans electronic medical records, analytics, and the evaluation of emerging health technologies, in close partnership with clinicians, health system leaders, and industry. Key achievements include leading system‑level digital health and informatics initiatives such as patient portals and engagement, and contributing to international academic exchange in population health, clinical informatics and healthcare innovation.
