Mr. Tamayo is a seasoned Executive in the Biopharma & Healthcare space with Public and Private company expertise in Corporate Finance, Business & Strategic Planning with experience in Controllership, Divestitures, Acquisitions, Financial Integration, Financial Planning, Strategy and Corporate Development. He has extensive background in US and International business with middle market and fortune 100 companies with increasing responsibilities at a Country, Multi National and Global level.

Mr. Tamayo has been responsible for Finance & Accounting in the operation of businesses with over $10 billion in revenues, launch of new brands and service lines, setting up subsidiaries, assisting companies from early stage to ~$700.0 million in revenues, negotiating Business Development and Licensing deals, leading/supporting Mergers and Acquisitions adding over $1.0 billion in revenues, and been responsible for overall business results as well as day-to-day financial & accounting with multi-site functions. He has provided Finance Leadership designing business systems and processes, maximized data assets for revenue drivers, cost controls and operational efficiency.
