Maria is a seasoned advocate, highly effective in communication, exercise of initiative, and common sense problem solving, while at all times inspiring confidence and collaboration. After starting her career working in one of the big four consulting companies and in an international law firm, Maria joined PepsiCo 17 years ago, rising from in-house counsel to become Compliance & Ethics Director responsible for Western, Southern and Central Europe, providing support to the PepsiCo colleagues at all levels, in order to execute PepsiCo’s business strategy while maintaining strong ethical culture and managing risks. Outside of work, Maria is passionate about traveling and meeting people from different cultures. Maria is married, has two kids and currently resides in Warsaw, Poland.
