15 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD, and boasting 18.5 hectares, Burwood Bricks has become one of Melbourne’s most premium infill sites, with development set to be complete by 2019. Per MacDonald will deliver a case study presentation of the thought process behind developing Burwood Brickworks using the Living Building Challenge as their framework. Utilising data and key studies within the design process, the centre is undergoing significant redevelopment to make it an entertainment hub that will connect people to light, air, food and the community at large.
