Li Wei is the Chief Financial Officer of Terberg Tractors Malaysia, a joint venture between Sime Darby Industrial and the Royal Terberg Group BV (Netherlands). With over 25 years of experience spanning manufacturing, oil and gas, construction, telecommunications, healthcare, and education, she has led numerous transformation initiatives driving financial efficiency and process excellence. Her expertise covers financial reporting, auditing, strategic planning, and M&A. A former KPMG auditor, she has held senior roles at Muhibbah Engineering, Tractors Malaysia, and UMW. Li Wei is a Fellow of ICAEW, a Chartered Accountant (MIA, MICPA), and serves on MICPA’s Tax Council Committee.
