The safety and wellbeing of our attendees and staff is our number one priority. We want to share with you the current entry requirements and guidelines set out for events taking place in Berlin, Germany.
We will continue to monitor case rates and government advice as the event approaches and notify all attendees of any changes to this policy.
For now the event is expected to take place under 2G+ guidelines, therefore, in order to be admitted to the event, vaccinated attendees must:
Provide proof of valid double vaccination and booster vaccination (EU Vaccine passport / QR code and US equivalent)
If you have not received the booster vaccination, the below points will be application for entry:
Provide proof of valid double vaccination and an official negative test which must be valid for the course of the whole conference day. As rapid tests are valid for 24 hours only, testing must be repeated before every conference day
A doctor’s note confirming recovery from Covid-19 infection (no older than 3 months) and an official negative test as above
People with a medical exemptions proof from a doctor must provide the doctors note and an official negative test as above
Without this proof attendees will not be admitted to the event.

Fully vaccinated individuals can enter Germany without the need to quarantine or test
