Thierry Dubois is a Swiss jurist based in China with over 20 years’ experience in trademark protection in Asia. Thierry is chairman of STU, a leading enforcement agency that specializes on trademarks and on Asia, specifically mainland China. STU has 17 teams in mainland China, handling market sweeps on one hand and focusing on deep investigations on the other. STU’s goal is to dismantle networks of counterfeiters and disrupt this illegal business as much as possible for the Clients we represent.
