Payment terms

The participation fee is due upon receipt of the invoice. After receiving the participation fee, your participation in the event is guaranteed.

Changes

It may be necessary to change the content or schedule of the event or replace individual speakers for reasons beyond our control.

Cancellation and Substitution

You can register a representative at any time. IQPC Gesellschaft für Management Konferenzen mbH does not grant any refund in the event of cancellation. For cancellations received in writing by IQPC GmbH more than seven (7) days before the start of the event, the full amount will be refunded as a voucher valid for one year from the day of issue for another IQPC GmbH event. No vouchers will be issued for cancellations received by IQPC GmbH less than seven (7) days before the start of the event. If IQPC GmbH cancels an event, payments already received for a future IQPC GmbH event will be credited for one year from the day of the exhibition, or, if the date is postponed, will be issued to the new date. IQPC GmbH bears no responsibility if replacement, cancellation, change or postponement of an event is necessary due to force majeure or unforeseen events that would significantly influence the sensible implementation of the event.
