Though originally built in 1928, the T&G Building on Collins Street had not seen an extensive refurbishment since 1991. As part of the acquisition of the building, Pembroke delivered a refurbishment of the heritage building to help reposition and bring up to modern standards and create an A-Grade commercial precinct. The 43 000 sqm building carefully restored 10 levels of office space through a focus on providing state-of-the-art facilities and amenities for tenants and exceptional design improvements to boost the environmental performance of the building.
