Taking a whole-of-Government approach to the network, Ben Phyland explores what we can do with rolling stock to improve local workforces and introduce successfully proven technologies into Australia. He will also explore the importance and strategies behind retrofitting trains and trams effectively into local networks to reduce the financial impact of infrastructure upgrades and other costs may not have been budgeted initially.
