Important Announcement: The Advances in Rotor Blades for Wind Turbine event is postponed
[Berlin, 14 July 2020] Due to the risk associated with the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we have decided not to hold the 9th International Advances in Rotor Blades for Wind Turbines event planned in Hamburg on 31 August - 2 September 2020.
Instead, the conference will be postponed and is currently being scheduled to take place on 20 -22 April 2021.

We very much regret that we will not be able to come together in April for our established industry meeting, but the health and safety of our participants and our team remains our highest priority.
We are currently working closely with our partners and clients to ensure the successful and safe reorganization of the Rotor Blades event.

Advances in Rotor Blades for Wind Turbines

Efficient ways to optimise LCoE throughout the blade lifetime

Rotor blades are decisive in the race for lower cost of energy, and the last years have witnessed drastic progress in structural design and manufacturing. While the industry is growing more and more mature, there is still room for innovation regarding the design of segmented and one shot blades and automation of production processes, also material shortages influence blade production and design.

In this IQPC networking event expert presentations are followed by discussions and interactive sessions.
