Ng Rei Na has over 15 years of experience in the social service sector, specialising in transformative leadership, social innovation and inclusive employment. She is currently the Executive Director of Stroke Support Station (S3), a Singapore-based organisation that provides leading programmes and services to help stroke survivors thrive after their discharge from acute care. Her previous roles include leading Singapore’s largest sheltered workshop and social enterprise programme at MINDS, as well as managing employability services for neurodivergent youths at Rainbow Centre. She has also served on the Board of Workability International and began her career in policy and strategy at the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS). Rei Na holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Honours) from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
