Felix Avellan

Felix has more than 17 years’ experience in law enforcement, 9 of which were spent in different units of the Judicial Investigation Bureau of Costa Rica. In 2017, he joined INTERPOL’s Global Complex for Innovation based in Singapore, as a Criminal Intelligence Officer in the Illicit Goods and Global Health Programme (IGGH), and since February 2022, has been based at the INTERPOL General Secretariat in Lyon, France, working for the IP Crime and Digital Piracy Unit under the Organized and Emerging Crime Directorate.
