Dr. Anne Meckbach is a lawyer and in-house legal counsel. She is currently Chief Compliance Officer of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, a leading German TV broadcaster and e-commerce group. ProSiebenSat.1 is headquartered near Munich, Germany and has approximately 8,000 employees in Europe and abroad. Before taking the position as Chief Compliance Officer, she held a position as legal director for ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE in Corporate/M&A, responsible for a wide range of national and international buy- and sell-side processes. Prior to her employment at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, she worked as an external lawyer in the field of Corporate/M&A for approx. ten years in an international law firm.
