Shahin Timdarazar is the General Counsel, Europe at GKN Automotive Ltd. Prior to his engagement with GKN Automotive, he was, among other positions with international corporations, Associate General Counsel and Compliance Officer EMEA with Federal-Mogul Motorparts LLC. He is a business-focused legal and compliance executive with experience managing corporate, commercial and compliance matters, dispute resolution and litigation, strategic and post-merger integration, and transformation projects. He joined GKN Automotive in January 2019.
